Seam Tracking camera for welding robot

Based on Scheimpflug principle a laser beam measerment camera can be constructed.

The measurement is done in the plane of the laser beam. The obtained section (reflection) from an object and the laser plane can be observed and processed for reconstuction of the profile of the object.

Currently we are manufacturing such a device based on a project with KDS GMBH for IGM Roboter AG.
